ABOUT THE Institute
T. John Institute of Technology (TJIT) is a private Engineering College located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. It was established in 2006 by Dr. Thomas P. John and is part of T. John Group of Institutions. The Institute offers Undergraduate & Postgraduate programmes, and is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

About the Venue:
The conference will be held at the scenic and modern campus of T. John Institute of Technology, located on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. The institute offers state-of-the-art conference halls, ample parking, and is easily accessible from major parts of the city.

How to Reach:
The campus is well connected by road and public transport. It is approximately 20 km from Bangalore City Railway Station and 50 km from Kempegowda International Airport.

Professor & DRC Chair, Dept. of CSE, GITAM University, Bengaluru

Prof. Mohan K G Kabadi has 39 years of academic experience and currently serves as Professor and DRC Chair at GITAM (Deemed to be) University, Bengaluru. He has previously held roles as HoD, Principal, Dean (Research), and Dean (Administration) in VTU-affiliated colleges, and has been a member of BoS, BoE, and the Academic Council. He completed his Ph.D. (2007, AU) and M.Tech (NITK).

Ms Papitha Cader

Ms Papitha Cader

Scheduling Analyst, The University of Sydney, Australia

Ms Papitha Cader is a professional with over two decades of experience across technology, healthcare, and higher education operations. She was among the first women graduates in Computer Science Engineering in the late 1990s and has built a career that spans the Middle East, Southeast Asia, New Zealand, and Australia.

Her professional background includes supply chain optimization at Hewlett-Packard, where she solved real-world operational challenges, followed by a decade in the disability health sector, working on complex pay equity and workforce sustainability issues with the Ministry of Health. At the University of Sydney, she is recognized for streamlining processes, strengthening systems, and supporting decision-making with data-driven insights.

Academically, she holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Waikato, New Zealand (External Research Scholarship recipient), and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of Sydney, supported by a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) credit. Her studies focus on communicable disease control, particularly tuberculosis (TB), which she frames as a complex social disease requiring integrated biomedical, behavioral, and systemic responses.

Papitha applies systems thinking and strong analytical skills to complex problems, bridging technical expertise with practical outcomes. She blends precision with empathy, ensuring decisions are both evidence-based and grounded in real-world experiences.
